Contact a Digital Navigator for help connecting to the right resources! Digital Navigators are available by phone and email to help individuals access and use technology and the Internet. They provide support by helping individuals find and apply for affordable internet connectivity, obtain low-cost or free computers, get support with simple online tasks, and link to online digital literacy training.

- Comcast Internet Essentials and Internet Essentials Plus: Eligible households can sign up for Internet Essentials for $14.95/month plus tax or Internet Essentials Plus for $29.95/month plus tax.

- PCs for People also offer low cost refurbished computers. You can visit their store front at 2251 N Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19132 or call them at (215) 621-8118.
- Public Computer Centers
- City of Philadelphia’s list of Public Computer Centers
- The Free Library of Philadelphia has public access computers in all 54 locations, which are available during open-hours (look up your closest library branch for their hours). The Library also has an event calendar with free class offerings.
- Free Digital Skills Classes
- The City of Philadelphia has a list of organizations offering classes, or you can call (833) 750-5627 for assistance.
- In addition, many adult literacy providers offer classes as well. For more information, contact a MyPlace Campus and ask them for information about computer classes offered by their organization or other organizations in the MyPlace network.
